Software Development Manager / Director ( PHP + Flash )

As a Software Development Manager / Director, your goal is empower a team of high caliber software engineers to build the easiest to use and most scalable social media platform with PHP and Flash. You must have the following:

1. 5+ years of experience in Linux, Apache, MYSQL, PHP
2. 5+ years of experience in building scalable web applications
3. 2+ years of experience in Flash / Flex / Actionscript
4. Proficient in xHTML, CSS, Javascript
5. Degree in Computer Science or a related field
6. Highly motivated and Independent
7. Problem solver. Able to make things happen
8. Strong communication and people skill. Able to motivate a team.
9. Fluent in Cantonese and English
10. Experience with Drupal is a plus
